Data to the Web

With the MCC-CH you can download your data remotely from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. The MCC-CH collects data from any ICT Instrument within range and sends this data to an internet server via the GSM network. You can log onto the ICT Data View software with a secure username and password to view and download data in near real time. Data can be exported to your computer in .csv file format for further use.

The MCC-CH is a wireless communication device allowing data to be downloaded anywhere in the world via the Internet and mobile network.

The MCC-CH is a GSM enabled data logger which collects files from ICT devices using a low power, 2.4Ghz RF transceiver, using a proprietary rfNetwork protocol. The rfNetwork protocol employs a sophisticated error checking and message retry mechanism to ensure error free data transfers. Files are downloaded from configured instruments at a defined interval and stored on the MCC MicroSD card. File downloads are limited at 2 minutes per device to ensure a single device with a very large file does not take up all of the download time. At user specified times, the MCC synchronises the files on its MicroSD card with the ICT Data Server, which catalogues files and optionally, processes the files and places the data into a database, which a third party can access. Instrument files can also be copied directly off the MicroSD card by removing it from the MCC.

The MCC-CH maintains a low power usage while not downloading files from instruments, or uploading to the server via GSM, allowing it to run up to 1 week with no sunlight for battery charging (downloading files from instruments once per hour, uploading via GSM twice per day). Configuration of instruments, GSM modem and schedules is performed using ICT GSM Logger configuration utility.
